All orders are processed within three (3) Business days.
We will ship your order using USPS services (US Mail). Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive email and text notifications. These notifications will include a tracking number for your shipment. We recommend tracking your package online or via phone with the carrier. Please contact us if you notice anything unusual in the shipment's progress.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Mesotherapy Store is not accountable for customs and taxes on your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
Mesotherapy Store is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. In case of a damaged order, please promptly contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy:
We exclusively ship to Puerto Rico. Shipping to Puerto Rico via USPS First Class is free, while USPS Priority or USPS Express service fees apply.
Returns Policy:
All sales are final, and returns are not accepted except for damage caused by us or manufacturer defects within 15 days of the original purchase. If you're missing an item or received a damaged one, contact us, and we'll send a replacement at no additional shipping cost. Notify us within 3 days of receiving the shipment.
Refunds, Charge-backs, and Missing Items:
If deemed necessary, refunds will be manually processed for the appropriate amount once the items are returned. Charge-backs may lead to inclusion on the no-sell list. Refunds are issued after items are returned. Always contact us first, as most issues can be easily resolved.
Shipping Safety and Missing Products:
Items are shipped securely to ensure safe arrival. If any issues arise, contact us, and we'll work with you. If a product is missing, contact us, and after verifying the claim's legitimacy, we'll send the missing item. Orders are documented and photographed before shipping to prevent fraudulent claims.
Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for returning/exchanging items and associated shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
